Announcements for First Sunday of Advent

The poinsettia sale begins this weekend and will continue until December 5th/6th. If you don’t want to purchase a plant for your house please purchase one to decorate God’s house. Memorials will also be accepted and names placed in the bulletin. A Guild member will be in the Narthex after Mass to assist you.

Wednesday, Dec. 9th at 7:00 p.m., Nativity is partnering with St. Ann Church for the Advent Penance Service here at Nativity. Several priests from the diocese will assist with the confessions.

Our 5th Sunday Potluck is today after the 10:30 a.m. Mass.

The Angel Tree is set up in the Narthex for the SRVS Ministry for adults with developmental disabilities. The tree ornaments have items listed that the residents need. There are only 4 ornaments are left.

Nativity Parish is sponsoring Breakfast with Santa for the children of the parish on Saturday, December 12th from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in Stelling Hall.

Our Nativity Christmas Party is Sunday, December 13th starting at 6:00 p.m. with Lessons and Carols, the PRE Children’s Christmas Pageant and Turkey Dinner. Parishioners are asked to bring a dessert and we are asking the Filippino community once again to bring lumpias.

The Children’s Choir and the Handbell Choir will start rehearsing this Wednesday, December 2. Please speak with Scott Elsholz if you’re interested in joining.

First Friday Eucharistic ADORATION is this Friday, Dec. 4th from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00pm. The Sign Up Sheet is in the narthex.

Fr. Keith’s Church History class will resume this Wednesday, Dec. 2nd at 7:00 p.m. in Stelling Hall.
